- This summer, Henry and his 12 U Blue travel baseball team will be representing our Scotch Plains-Fanwood community in Cooperstown, New York, home of the Baseball Hall of Fame! Our boys will be playing in a week-long tournament from July 27-August 3, 2022. To help us raise funds for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, we have partnered with the Jam Kancer In The Kan Foundation and will be staging the 2nd Annual Scotch Plains-Fanwood Cooperstown Kids Jam, Presented by Ray Catena Mercedes of Union on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Ashbrook Golf Course.
In March of 2018, Henry lost his beloved Papa to cancer. The devastating loss was a reminder that anyone, anywhere at anytime can fall victim to this disease. I memory of his Papa, Henry wants to help raise money for other families affected by cancer. Every donation made to this page will not only allow a child to realize his lifelong dream of playing in Cooperstown, it will also help bring a smile to the face of a local family affected by this vile disease. In addition to making memories that will last forever with their teammates, these boys will also be learning an incredible life-lesson about helping others. That's a win for all.
